My name is Kathleen. I’m just a simple girl who found God late in life.

My heart skips a beat when I’m in nature-it’s where I feel God the most.

Life, to me, is like a big mountain we are all climbing and God is our guide leading us all NORTH!

I can’t wait to see the scenic overlook in HEAVEN one day- just saying!

There is nothing fancy about me. I’m just a simple hiker who loves collecting sticks of wood, sitting around a campfire and loves the first sip of coffee in the morning. To read more about me, click here.

A wooden Adirondack chair and a pile of sand started me on this journey years ago of seeing God present in my life. It’s what started me down the trail of hearing God through people, places and things. Story to come later!

Guided Inspirations trail-head (the point in which a trail begins) started on Facebook in 2018. I feel called to expand the trail to this site because not everyone uses social media, right?

The Facebook page started out with sharing images I would create with scriptures, then videos of myself sharing about life and God. Next, I would interview people I knew and didn’t know ( a total stranger on the street) on how God helped them overcome obstacles in their lives.

I started to question why I was doing the page and I stopped. I felt like I was on a trail with a big log blocking access for me to get to the other side. I still posted inspirational pictures, but the videos stopped. On the weekend of my 51st birthday I felt led to start posting again by creating an online journal called Dreaming Out-Loud!

Dreaming Out-Loud is the trail I’m on right now. It is a Facebook journal I started in pursuit of finding what my purpose (dream) is for my life. It all started from a bracelet I received from a friend. Dreaming Out-loud reminds me of a glass jar I have that I keep of rocks, tiny sticks, acorns and other little things I’ve collected walking on trails. The online journal is the glass jar and I’m filling it with whatever I feel led to share with you in the pursuit that it help me find my purpose!

I will eventually get back into the videos and I have dreams of other trails I want to go down, EVENTUALLY. But for now, this is…
