Hello, World!

Yep, that’s me when I was little! I’m not so little now at 51, but I still have the same eyes!

I was raised in Florida by my sailor dad. He builds Sailboats but I DON’T get on the ocean! I DON’T have sea legs! I love the smell of saltwater, hunting sea-shells and eating Grouper Burgers and Fish Spread when I’m home seeing Pops! 

I’m married to a man who loves Jesus as much as I do, he calls me Teeney. God blessed me with two daughters, a step-son and three beautiful grandchildren, one on the way and two gifted to me (I don’t like step-they are ours-just saying!) they call me Hamaw!

I love Schnauzers. I lost my sweet Toby who went everywhere with me and misses him like crazy. God gave us Mitch who lives with us now! The sweet puppy is mine when he needs a haircut or makes a mess, my husband all the other times (well, he does follow me around the house.)

I don’t dress up. I love leggings because they are so comfy. I wear my hair in a bun (unless my new niece curls it for me she’s a hairdresser, praise God!) because I’m just not good at hair.

I live in Oklahoma but my dream life would be to sell everything and live out my Grand Design Camper with my husband for one year (or more) traveling the world! There are so many cool things God has created out there in this big World! It’s not able to happen YET so, I work.

I’m an Events Coordinator for Independent Living Seniors. They call me Sparky! We drink coffee together, share stories, take adventure trips in our motorcoach, dance like no one is watching and we are family! God blessed me with a really cool job!

Can I just be real with you? I struggle – my grammar is not that great-it’s not horrific but it’s NOT good, OK? I plan on making a video about this one day that will make you laugh. I’ve taken classes, been gifted books to help me and I even use Grammarly, but that doesn’t catch all my mistakes (I need to buy it instead of using just the free version!) The enemy uses my lack of punctuation skills to try and get me to not write. So, with that said, here ya go … !!! ???? ::::: ;;;; please be understanding and put them where they belong. 🙂

I will end with the most important part of me and that is that I found God at age 33! I love Him! I’m His girl and that is all that matters! He has brought me through and how He continues to guide me on the trail is my real story. That is what this site is all about- Not Me – HIM! I love taking this journey with HIM!

Well, this is just me in a nutshell. Speaking of nuts, I can be a bit of a nut but know this…
